The story of Eli Rutstein is quiet incredible - I am hoping that Eli will put all of his stories down on paper.

Eli is the son of the late Hillel Rutstein and Eli was born in Vilkaviskis in 1948.

These are the pictures taken in 2008 when Eli returned for the first time since he left Vilkaviskis in 1963.
